Marketing Web Designer

We’re serial entrepreneurs building a fast-growing DTC digital health platform serving the U.S. market. Small team, strong execution, no fluff.

We’re looking for a highly visual Marketing Web Designer with exceptional design taste and proven experience creating beautiful, high-converting websites and landing pages for DTC/B2C brands.

This is not a Product UI/UX role. We’re focused on consumer-facing marketing websites, landing pages, and campaign experiences - not SaaS products, dashboards, systems, or app interfaces.

We’re looking for someone who can take a brief copy and turn them into a complete visual direction from imagery, hero sections, and product visuals to typography, layout, and composition - creating polished web experiences that both look exceptional and convert.

You’ll own the visual design of our landing pages and marketing web experiences, working closely with marketing, copywriting, and development teams.

What You’ll Do

• Design visually exceptional, high-converting landing pages and marketing websites
• Turn briefs, copy, offers, and marketing concepts into strong visual directions and complete page designs
• Create and art-direct key visual assets, including hero imagery, product visuals, and custom imagery
• Create production-ready designs in Figma and work closely with developers through implementation
• Use AI image generation tools to create and enhance visual assets
• Apply strong visual hierarchy, web usability, and conversion principles
• Develop and test different visual directions and landing page variations
• Iterate based on performance data, A/B tests, and feedback
• Collaborate closely with marketing, copywriting, and development from concept through launch
• Move quickly and maintain a high visual bar in a fast-paced environment

Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional web, digital, or marketing design experience
• Proven experience designing landing pages and marketing websites for DTC, e-commerce, or B2C brands
• Exceptional visual taste and craft, with strong skills in imagery, composition, typography, layout, and art direction
• A strong, up-to-date portfolio featuring relevant landing pages and websites you personally designed
• Hands-on ability to create or art-direct visual assets, not just page layouts
• Experience designing for conversion and iterating based on performance data or testing
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong hands-on experience using AI image generation tools
• Strong understanding of web hierarchy and usability
• Strong English communication skills and an understanding of U.S. consumer marketing
• DTC health, wellness, or subscription experience is a plus
