Sr. AI Engineer - Generative AI & Application Development

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered applications and integrate AI capabilities into existing software.
• Build and enhance ATS, VMS, CRM, and SaaS platforms.
• Implement AI-based resume screening, candidate matching, job matching, and recruitment automation.
• Develop AI agents, intelligent workflows, and automation tools.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT and other AI models into applications.
• Develop APIs, backend services, database integrations, and user interfaces.
• Implement intelligent search, semantic search, recommendation engines, and document processing.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and implement practical solutions to improve business operations.
• Develop new application features and automate manual business processes using AI.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver working solutions.
• Test, deploy, maintain, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development.
• Experience integrating OpenAI APIs or similar AI services.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• Backend development experience using FastAPI, Django, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Git, software testing, deployment, and application security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing ATS, VMS, CRM, HRTech, or recruitment technology applications.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience developing AI agents and workflow automation solutions.
• Knowledge of SaaS architecture, multi-tenant applications, and role-based access control.
• Experience with cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring.
• Ability to build applications from scratch and integrate AI into existing systems.
