𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆

We produce video podcasts and YouTube channels for doctors and health experts, and we are scaling fast. We need a sharp editor who can take raw footage and turn it into polished episodes, punchy social clips, and click-worthy thumbnails, at a pace that keeps up with our growth. This is a full-time, salaried, fully remote seat with consistent work, and we lean hard into AI to move faster and better.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼

• Edit long-form video podcasts (usually a two-person conversation, around an hour) into clean, publish-ready episodes.

• Edit short-form YouTube videos (5 to 15 minutes) with B-roll, motion, and pacing that hold attention.

• Cut social clips from each episode and build eye-catching thumbnails plus SEO-friendly titles.

• Own quality control: watch your own edits end to end before they ship.

• Use AI tools to speed up editing and QA without letting quality slip.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲

• A fast, reliable editor who can carry real volume without the quality slipping.

• Someone who genuinely leans into AI (not just for writing emails) to get more done, better.

• Comfortable with both the steady reps of podcast editing and the creative craft of a script-plus-B-roll YouTube video.

• Wants a stable, full-time remote role over freelance churn.

• This is not for you if you only do audio-only editing, or you need every project hand-held.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

• 2+ years editing video podcasts and/or YouTube content, ideally at an agency or production company.

• Strong with Adobe Premiere Pro; comfortable in Riverside is a plus.

• A real portfolio of both long-form (podcast/YouTube) and short-form (social clip) work.

• Hands-on with AI tools in your editing and QA workflow.

• Solid daily overlap with US business hours.

• Full-time, fully remote.

• Latin America strongly preferred for time-zone overlap; open to strong candidates elsewhere with US-hours overlap.
