Graphic Designer — ELEVEX Sports Group

Compensation: 100% commission-based. No guaranteed salary or hourly pay. Commission rates and eligibility are outlined in ELEVEX’s Roles & Commissions agreement.

Position Overview
The Graphic Designer creates compelling graphics and social media content for ELEVEX Sports Group and its athletes. This role brings athlete stories, achievements, and agency announcements to life through polished designs that capture attention and strengthen the ELEVEX brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media graphics for Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Design athlete commitment, offer, achievement, game-day, and celebration graphics.
• Develop agency announcements, hiring posts, promotional graphics, and partnership content.
• Create layouts for posts, stories, carousels, and other digital materials.
• Use approved athlete photos, logos, colors, and messaging.
• Collaborate with Athlete Managers, Partnerships & NIL, and Brand Development on creative requests.
• Adapt designs to the correct dimensions for each platform.
• Submit designs for review, make requested revisions, and meet agreed deadlines.
• Track assignments and upload completed designs through the Team Center.
• Organize editable design files and final assets for future use.
• Coordinate with the content team so graphics support captions and the posting schedule.

Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design and social media work.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or comparable design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create original, professional designs with a strong visual impact.
• Attention to detail, including accurate names, schools, dates, and logos.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, accept feedback, and communicate consistently.
• Sports design experience is helpful.
