We are looking for experienced Salesforce Developers who can conduct structured technical interviews, assess candidates’ technical skills, and provide detailed, objective feedback.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews for Salesforce Developer candidates.
• Evaluate candidates on Salesforce development, configuration, and platform fundamentals.
• Assess practical knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce integrations.
• Evaluate understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, asynchronous Apex, and deployment practices.
• Ask relevant technical questions based on the candidate’s experience and job description.
• Conduct coding exercises and technical assessments where required.
• Identify candidates’ strengths, technical gaps, and problem-solving abilities.
• Submit detailed interview feedback within the stipulated timeline.
• Follow client-specific interview guidelines and Excel Interviewers’ quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, triggers, asynchronous Apex, and governor limits.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and candidate evaluation skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.
• Prior experience conducting technical interviews is preferred but not mandatory.
• Currently employed or working as an independent Salesforce professional is welcome.
• Must have a reliable internet connection, a working webcam, clear audio, and a professional interview setup.
• Must be available to conduct interviews based on mutually agreed time slots.
• Must be able to provide structured and timely interview feedback.

Compensation and Engagement

• Freelance engagement with flexible scheduling.
• Payment of ₹250 per successfully completed 30 mins interview that meets the applicable quality requirements.
• No fixed monthly salary or guaranteed number of interviews.
• Interview opportunities depend on client demand, technical requirements, and interviewer performance.
• Payments are subject to compliance with the agreed interview guidelines and quality standards.
