This job description is essentially looking for a Senior Mainframes Technical Lead /Mainframes Project Manager who can bridge technology, business, and clients , with a preference for Mutual Fund (MF) domain experience .
Key requirements
- Experience level: Senior-level professional, ideally with TL / PM experience
- Client-facing experience: Strong experience interacting directly with clients and external stakeholders
- Domain: Mutual Funds (MF) background is preferred
- Technical/analytical skills:
- Strong analytical thinking
- System analysis and understanding of complex systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Stakeholder management:
- Work effectively with business stakeholders
- Coordinate with external/client stakeholders
- Manage expectations and requirements across teams
- Communication: Very strong written and verbal communication
- Data: Data analysis skills are an additional advantage
