Fully Remote Entry Level Agent

This is an independent contractor opportunity designed for individuals who are comfortable working independently, communicating with clients, and earning compensation based on their results.

No prior insurance experience is required. Individuals who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete the applicable state licensing requirements before soliciting or selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about life insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct client consultations by phone or video conference.
• Learn to assess client needs and present appropriate insurance solutions.
• Explain policy features, coverage options, and applicable costs accurately.
• Maintain professional client relationships and follow up as appropriate.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
• Manage your schedule, activities, and business development efforts independently.

Training and Business Resources

• One-on-one mentorship and ongoing coaching.
• Training in insurance products, client communication, and sales techniques.
• Guidance through the applicable insurance licensing process for eligible candidates.
• Access to multiple insurance carriers, subject to contracting and appointment requirements.
• Marketing and lead-generation resources, subject to availability and applicable costs.
• Opportunities to develop sales skills and pursue leadership responsibilities based on performance and qualifications.
• Remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfort communicating with prospective clients by phone or video.
• Previous experience in sales, automotive, real estate, retail, customer service, or other client-facing roles is helpful but not required.

Compensation

This is a commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position.

• Compensation is based on eligible sales and applicable commission arrangements.
• Earnings vary based on individual production, experience, activity, and other factors.
• There is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, or minimum income.
• No specific earnings level is promised or guaranteed.
• Independent contractors are responsible for their own applicable taxes and business expenses.
