Senior Manager, Switchgear Product Line

Role Overview This remote Position involves leading the switchgear product line by developing strategies for growth, profitability, and market expansion. The Product Manager will oversee a cross-functional team, drive product lifecycle management, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define future portfolio directions. The role requires owning margin expansion, cost management, and ensuring product sustainability through innovation and aftermarket strategies. Key responsibilities include developing product roadmaps, executing go-to-market plans, supporting new product development, and tracking performance metrics. The candidate will foster organizational capability and high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 5+ years in power distribution, including switchgear.
• 7+ years in product management, engineering, marketing, or related roles.
• Expertise in switchgear standards and applications across various markets.
• Experience with structured business systems supporting NPD/NPI processes.
• Strong strategic, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems (SAP or similar), and eligibility to work in the U.S. or Canada.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, with a valid passport for international travel.
