AWS Production Support (AWS Support) with Java Knowledge
Exp Required: 8-10 Years (Senior Consultant) / 10+ Years (Lead Consultant)
Location: Hyderabad Only
Work Mode: Hybrid
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor, support, and maintain AWS-based production environments.
- Investigate and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
- Work on incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Handle deployments, service requests, and environment support activities.
- Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to ensure application stability.
- Perform log analysis, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of production systems.
