Customer Service Representative

Here’s how you’ll do it:** As a Customer Service Representative and the first point of contact for the Australian public, you’ll provide essential support and high-quality service, supporting a major Federal Government entity. You’ll thrive on the high energy of the contact centre as you tackle a diverse range of queries, from everyday questions to complex case enquiries. Equipped with the resources to truly support, you’ll break down complex government information into clear, easy-to-understand advice for the public.

**Key Requirements:** We ask that you are able to commit to a rotating roster between the hours of 7am - 8pm , are at least 18 years of age and an Australian Citizen . This role also requires you to undergo pre-employment background checks.
