React and .NET Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced React & .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end and back-end development expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React and .NET technologies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver new features.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, responsiveness, and overall reliability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement effective fixes.
• Maintain clean, organized, reusable, and well-documented code while supporting automated testing and development processes.
• Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry standards, and development best practices.
• Manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
• Support production escalations and troubleshoot application issues as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with React.
• 8+ years of professional experience developing applications with .NET.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools, bundlers, and development workflows.
• Proficiency with Git and source control management practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet demanding delivery timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized application deployments.
• Experience working with SQL Server and relational database technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative software delivery.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practices.

Pay: From $95.00 per hour
