Customer Success Specialist / Account Manager
Job Type: Part-Time / Contract (Flexible Hours)
Location: 100% Remote
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Specialist / Account Manager to help maintain positive customer relationships and support day-to-day account activities. This position is suited to someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and helping customers get the most out of a service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and assist with account-related requests.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on ongoing inquiries.
- Help identify customer needs and share relevant service information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Open to entry-level candidates; previous account management experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
- Basic computer skills and clear communication.
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude.
