Executive Assistant - Development

Spyglass Media Group, based in Century City, CA, is seeking an Executive Assistant. This position will report to the Executive Vice President of Development and Production and the Executive Vice President of Television.

Responsibilities

·       

Manage heavy and complex schedules and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties

·       

Handle heavy phones (including logging, placing, and rolling calls)

·       

Manage expenses for both executives

·       

Coordinate travel schedules and arrangements; collect required travel documentation

·       

Maintain proper note taking, recordkeeping and filing system for all work

·       

Maintain up-to-date contact lists

·       

Perform other related duties to support the departmental team as requested by management

·       

Additional office administrative support when necessary

·       

Competitive tracking of mandates and grid making

·       Ability to work with and maintain confidential information

Qualifications / Requirements

·       At least one year experience on a high-volume industry desk

·       Passion for entertainment

·       Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat

·       Working knowledge of the entertainment industry (major companies and players)

Desired Characteristics

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred

·       Proficiency in Final Draft

·       Self-starter, forward thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
