Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and standard office software.
• Experience or ability to learn Connect Team, Jobber, Company Cam, and other office software.
• Clear and friendly phone communication skills.
• Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is helpful.
• Ability to multitask and handle changing priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming client inquiries via phone and email with a warm, helpful demeanor.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and confirm appointments to ensure our team stays on track.
• Keep our internal records accurate and organized.
• Support the management team with daily operational tasks and paperwork.
• Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, creating a welcoming experience from the very first interaction.
• Assist in ordering office and cleaning supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
