• Design and implement APIs and backend services using C#/.NET
• Apply hands-on AI techniques and tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, testing, and delivery
• Integrate AI-powered workflows and development tools (e.g., Copilot-like tooling) into engineering processes
• Share practical AI knowledge and mentor teammates to elevate team practices and productivity
• Propose and implement AI-enabled features or enhancements that improve software quality

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Professional software engineering experience with C#/.NET
• Experience building and maintaining APIs
• Hands-on, demonstrated experience applying AI in a professional software engineering environment
• Practical experience with AI-powered development tools (examples cited: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or comparable tools)
• Familiarity with cloud technologies

$140,000 - $170,000
