About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER (GOLANG/TYPESCRIPT/REACT) is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining microservices and frontend applications within the platform. This role contributes to improving the technical direction, elevating engineering standards, and delivering features that provide meaningful benefits to clients. The position requires ownership of features from ideation through production, influencing technical strategy, and enhancing service performance and team efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance Golang microservices and frontend applications
• Deliver performant, user-friendly interfaces based on the design system
• Own features through the complete development lifecycle
• Contribute to technical strategy and architectural decisions
• Improve performance and observability of services and applications
• Enhance team and business processes through automation and technology improvements

Requirements:

• Proficient in writing Golang services and backend web applications deployed in Docker containers
• Skilled in building componentized frontends using React and TypeScript
• Experience writing performant SQL queries
• Understanding of clean code principles and best practices in TypeScript and Go
• Ability to learn and engage with new business domains and products
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to discuss personal learning and skill development

Helpful but not essential:

• Experience with concurrent logic (goroutines)
• Building CI/CD pipelines, particularly with GitLab CI
• Configuring observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Use of AI to enhance productivity and productionized AI tools
• Familiarity with MaterialUI
• Experience with Airflow, Python, or Terraform

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• 5000 USD to 6500 USD per month
