Job Description

InfoBeans Technologies is looking for skilled ServiceNow professionals with hands-on experience in Now Assist and Generative AI to build intelligent, AI-powered enterprise solutions.

Experience: 58 Years
Work Mode: Remote

Key Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and Generative AI.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience with Virtual Agent, AI Search, GenAI prompts, summarization, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM/GRC, or SPM.
  • Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other enterprise AI/LLM platforms.
  • ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS certifications are preferred.
