Servicenow AI Developer

Role & responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist and Generative AI capabilities.
  Configure and customize Now Assist use cases across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, and other ServiceNow workflows.
  Develop and configure Virtual Agent, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and automation workflows.
  Build AI-driven solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, APIs, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  Configure and optimize GenAI skills, prompts, summarization, classification, recommendations, and conversational experiences.
  Integrate ServiceNow AI capabilities with enterprise applications and external AI/LLM services where required.

  Work with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to identify suitable AI use cases.
  Translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow AI solutions.
  Perform development, unit testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
  Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and upgrade-safe implementation principles.
  Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation guides.
  Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM/GRC, or SPM.
  Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  Good understanding of data security, access controls, privacy, and responsible AI implementation.

  ServiceNow CSA certification.
  One or more CIS certifications.
  ServiceNow CAD certification.
  Experience with Now Assist / GenAI certifications or training.
  Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other enterprise AI platforms.
  Experience with AI agents, workflow orchestration, and enterprise automation.
