Job Description
Certified Medical Assistant - Remote - PRN
We are hiring an experienced Remote CMA with pulmonology experience REQUIRED to support outpatient physician practices. This is a remote phone-based, EHR-heavy role — not hospital or hands-on clinical care. If you do not have medical office + triage experience, this role will not be a good fit.
You will:
- Manage patient calls and document symptoms
- Process medication refill requests under provider protocols
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up
- Communicate directly with providers through the EHR
Schedule
Part Time 2-3 days per week between 9:30-5:30a EST
Weekday availability required
We are looking for confident, independent CMAs who thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
