Project Manager – Multifamily / Senior Living Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects ranging from $10M–$50M in value, with a focus on multifamily, senior living, and assisted living developments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations are consistently met.

Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience coordinating owners, design teams, subcontractors, and field personnel. This role offers significant long-term growth potential and a clear path toward increased leadership responsibilities within a growing organization
