Are you an ambitious face-to-face fundraising leader ready to take the next step in your career? Do you want the opportunity to build your own team, develop future leaders and shape the growth of an entire region?
At One Sixty Fundraising, we’re looking for an experienced and driven London Regional Manager to launch and grow a new street fundraising region.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of your own operation, with the backing of an established international fundraising agency and dedicated internal support teams. Following a structured induction, you’ll have the freedom to recruit, develop and lead a team of 15+ fundraisers and leaders, with genuine opportunities to expand your responsibilities as the business grows.
About One Sixty Fundraising
One Sixty Fundraising is an innovative face-to-face fundraising agency specialising in direct dialogue fundraising. We help charities secure committed, long-term donors while providing fundraising consultancy and operational support in the UK and internationally.
Our mission is simple: to connect people and causes around the world.
We work closely with our charity partners to deliver sustainable fundraising programmes that generate vital funds for the causes they support.
Our values guide everything we do:
- Built to last
- Think outside the box
- Challenge and improve
- Performance over results
Your journey into the role
You won’t be expected to build a region from scratch on day one.
Your first 3–6 months will be spent completing a structured induction alongside our established London Operations Team. The length of your induction will depend on your experience and development needs.
You’ll learn our systems, locations, logistics, operational standards and ways of working before launching your own independent region.
Once your induction is complete, you’ll take ownership of your team, regional performance and future growth.

Manage a team of 15+ fundraisers and leaders, providing coaching, mentoring and clear development pathways for future managers.
Drive performance
Set targets, monitor results, deliver regular feedback and conduct performance reviews to maintain high standards and improve results.
Plan for success
Develop short and long-term strategies to achieve regional targets, strengthen recruitment and build a high-performing operation.
Lead from the front
Spend most of your working week in the field with your team, delivering practical coaching, supporting fundraisers and leading by example.

Oversee administration, staffing and logistics, working with our internal teams to secure suitable fundraising locations and plan operational activity.
Maintain quality and compliance
Ensure your team operates professionally and in line with company policies, fundraising standards and compliance requirements.
Expand your influence
Identify opportunities to grow your region, establish additional sub-regions and progress towards managing a larger operation with multiple leaders reporting to you.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a motivated, commercially minded leader who can balance people development with strong operational performance.
