American Wholesale Nurseries operates in the wholesale plant and landscaping supply industry, serving landscape contractors and property developers across the region. The company addresses the challenge of sourcing and delivering plants, trees, and site materials efficiently to support the needs of commercial clients managing landscaping projects.

About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP role is focused on managing and supporting commercial client inquiries related to product availability, order status, and delivery schedules. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and resolving delivery or product issues, directly contributing to client satisfaction and operational flow.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Address questions on plant availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Resolve delivery discrepancies and product issues for commercial clients.
• Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate account records and order histories in the customer database.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, preferably in wholesale, B2B, or the green industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage high inquiry volumes.
• Familiarity with CRM and order management systems.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week remotely from New York, United States.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The salary for this role is USD 3,800–5,200 per month.
