Job Description

Product Designer (UX/UI)

**London Hybrid (3 days per week) **

£75,000 - £85,000 DOE

A growing technology-led business is looking for an experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of its digital products and customer experiences.

This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative environment where design is viewed as a strategic capability rather than simply a delivery function.

Working closely with product, engineering, marketing and leadership teams, you’ll play a key role in creating intuitive, user-centred experiences across a suite of digital products.

The Opportunity

This role combines UX thinking, UI execution and product problem-solving.

You’ll help define how users interact with products, contribute to the evolution of the design system and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design decisions are both user-focused and commercially effective.

The business is looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in fast-moving environments and is comfortable working from discovery through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, user-centred experiences across web and digital products
  • Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma
  • Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system
  • Conduct user research, usability testing and validation exercises
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to solve complex problems
  • Use data, feedback and insights to improve user journeys and product performance
  • Review and QA production builds to ensure design quality
  • Champion accessibility, usability and best practice across the product experience
  • Help define and improve UX metrics, conversion journeys and user satisfaction

About You

  • Extensive UX and UI design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web, SaaS, platform or product design work
  • Advanced Figma skills with experience producing developer-ready files
  • Experience building or maintaining design systems
  • Strong understanding of user research, testing and validation
  • Comfortable working in scale-up or fast-paced environments
  • Strong data driven mindset with an understanding of conversion and user behaviour
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience within regulated, fintech, legal, SaaS or business services environments would be advantageous but is not essential.

Why Apply?

  • Opportunity to influence products used by thousands of customers
  • Significant ownership and autonomy
  • Collaborative environment with strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Opportunity to shape product experiences from concept through to launch
  • High-growth business with exciting plans
  • Strong visibility and impact across the organisation

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week)

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
