Job Overview
Personal & Executive Brand Assistant
I am the founder of a luxury fashion and lifestyle business with a large online presence and multiple growing ventures, including luxury fashion resale, competitions and future brand projects.
I am looking for a highly organised, professional and ambitious Personal & Executive Assistant to work directly alongside me and support both business operations and day-to-day personal organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to gain experience working closely with an entrepreneur in the luxury fashion, social media and e-commerce space.
Location: London & Kent (regular travel between both locations required)
Responsibilities
● Managing diary, appointments and schedules
● Booking travel, hotels and restaurants
● Assisting with content creation and social media
● Taking photos and videos for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
● Assisting with business projects and launches
● Coordinating tasks and day-to-day operations
● Supporting meetings, events and shoots
● Managing emails and correspondence
● Supporting personal and household administration
● Coordinating deliveries and appointments
● Assisting with travel arrangements and logistics
● Organising day-to-day personal tasks and errands
● General personal assistant duties
Requirements
● Strong organisational skills
● Excellent communication
● Professional and reliable
● Comfortable creating content and being around social media
● Interest in fashion, luxury brands and entrepreneurship
● Based in London or Kent with the ability to travel
● Proactive and able to work independently

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per month
