Bathroom Surgeon

Bathroom Surgeon is a family-owned Perth business specialising in shower repairs, regrouting, silicone replacement, leak repairs and bathroom renovations.

We’re looking for an organised, reliable and customer-focused person to support our daily administration, manage enquiries and coordinate bookings.

This opportunity is open to junior candidates who are keen to learn. Training will be provided, and experience in construction or trade services is welcome but not essential.

About the Role

Working closely with the Business Manager and our technicians, your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via email and online platforms, and requesting photos and property details.
• Answering incoming business calls and making outbound calls to assess customer enquiries, qualify potential leads and gather details about proposed jobs.
• Scheduling quote inspections and approved jobs.
• Liaising with customers, real estate agents and tenants to coordinate access and provide updates.
• Sending approved quotes and following up on customer responses.
• Checking invoice details, sending approved invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
• Keeping ServiceM8 updated with customer information, schedules, job notes, photos and documents.
• Managing schedule changes and communicating updates to the team.
• Recording warranty enquiries and referring them to the Business Manager.
• Keeping track of outstanding tasks and matters requiring management approval.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Clear, professional written and verbal English, and a friendly, professional phone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A friendly, helpful approach to customer service.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and keep track of multiple enquiries and bookings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Confidence using computers and learning new software.
• A reliable, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• The ability to work independently from home while staying in regular contact with the team.
• Previous administration or scheduling experience is advantageous, but not essential. Knowledge of construction, renovations or trade services, along with experience using ServiceM8 or Xero, will be highly regarded.
• You must reside in Perth and have a suitable home working environment.
