About Us

We build an AI-powered platform that creates ad videos for businesses, covering product naming, scripts, dialogues and final video. Brands and agencies use it to produce ads faster and at a fraction of traditional cost. We’re now building our B2B sales team to take it to market.

The Role

You will sell our AI SaaS product to businesses and own the process from the first conversation to a signed deal. You’ll work closely with the founders and product team, and your feedback from the market will shape what we build next.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound (LinkedIn, email, calls), inbound, referrals, and partnerships
• Run discovery calls and product demos that tie our AI platform to the customer’s business problem
• Manage the full sales cycle: pitch, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closing
• Engage decision-makers such as founders, CMOs, marketing and growth heads, and agency owners
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and keep CRM data accurate
• Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Share customer objections, feature requests, and competitor insights with the product team
• Hand over closed accounts smoothly for onboarding and help drive renewals and upsells

What We’re Looking For

Must have

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years in the tech industry, with hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or AI product sales (inside sales, business development, or account executive roles)
• Track record of meeting or beating targets
• Clear understanding of SaaS models: subscriptions, free trials, onboarding, churn, ARR
• Ability to explain AI concepts simply to non-technical buyers
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
• Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-moving startup

Good to have

• Experience selling generative AI, automation, or API-based products
• Exposure to marketing, advertising, or creative-tech buyers
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar outreach tools
• Knowledge of consultative selling frameworks (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
