Your work will help AI models learn to analyze, play, debug, and develop games. No prior AI experience is required.

Developers from AAA studios, indie studios, independent projects, and serious hobbyist backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

  2. Integrate realistic gameplay bugs that require playtesting and visual analysis to identify and resolve.
  3. Develop complex gameplay feature challenges involving multiple in-game systems and mechanics.
  4. Draft clear task briefs that reflect real-world instructions from players, designers, or producers.
  5. Create reference solutions for bug fixes and feature implementations.
  6. Define detailed success criteria, including input sequences, expected visual outcomes, and verifiable in-game states.
  7. Conduct end-to-end playtesting to ensure tasks are reliable and solvable.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated game development experience across AAA, indie, solo, or serious hobby projects.
  2. A portfolio or verifiable published work, such as a personal website, itch.io, Steam, GitHub, game jam entries, or shipped game credits. A strong portfolio is particularly important for selection.
  3. Proficiency with at least one major game engine, such as Unity, Godot, or Unreal Engine, including editor tools, scene management, and debugging utilities.
  4. Familiarity with scripting languages such as C#, GDScript, C++, or Blueprints, with the ability to troubleshoot and improve gameplay logic.
  5. Ability to identify and resolve gameplay issues through iterative playtesting.
  6. Strong written communication skills for preparing precise task instructions and acceptance criteria.
  7. Experience in game QA, technical design, systems design, automated testing, or AI evaluation is a plus.

Compensation & Engagement

  • Listed compensation range: $25–$70/hour.
  • Payment is output-based, with experts paid per task that meets project specifications.
  • Completion time may vary depending on experience and workflow.
  • Minimum weekly task submission requirements apply.

Application Process
