Drug Product Development Intern

Position Title: Drug Product Development Intern (Biomedical / Chemical Engineering)

Term: 6-Month Co-op (January 2027)

Compensation: $29.00 – $57.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a Drug Product Development Intern for a 6-month co-op starting in January 2027. In this role, you will support product development initiatives that shape the final form of treatments—ensuring every formulation delivers precision, efficacy, and safety for patients.

Responsibilities

• Support formulation, process development, and characterization of drug products.
• Assist with testing, data collection, and laboratory experimentation under senior engineering guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams (biomedical, chemical, materials, and pharmaceutical sciences) to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain clear laboratory records, experimental documentation, and technical reports.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op program.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring present or future employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B).
• Must be able to relocate to the office location and work full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) for the full 6-month duration starting January 2027.

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $29.00 – $57.00 per hour (commensurate with education level and experience)
