Job Description
We’re looking for an Email marketing campaign designer who blends sharp visual design with a marketer’s mindset and crisp copy. You’ll turn ideas and brand guidelines into high-converting email campaigns using Figma—crafting modular layouts, persuasive messaging, and on-brand visuals that perform for e-commerce audiences.
Day to day, you’ll concept and design campaigns, write subject lines and copy, prepare assets for implementation, and collaborate closely with lifecycle marketers. You’ll move quickly, test and learn, and maintain a clean, scalable Figma system so we can ship great work on time. If you enjoy mixing design, strategy, and storytelling—and you thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment—you’ll feel right at home.
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 2–4 years in email design/campaign creative and copy for e-commerce or consumer brands
- CRM Tool: Klaviyo
- Softwares: Figma
- Industry Knowledge Required: E-commerce and lifecycle/email marketing best practices
Position Description
- Working Hours: 8 hours, from 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM Beirut Time
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice
- Salary Range: 2000 - 2,500 USD/month
