  • Conduct market, client, regulatory, and competitive research to identify product opportunities, operational improvement areas, and risks that may impact rebate strategy or execution.
  • Ensure rebate products support revenue growth, client retention, operational efficiency, strategic differentiation, and compliance with applicable business and regulatory expectations.
  • Partner with technology, finance, legal, compliance, account management, sales, and rebate operations teams to deliver standardized, scalable, and well-governed product execution.
  • Establish governance routines, documentation standards, decision frameworks, and performance measures to support accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in rebate operations, product management, healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or a related business operations environment.

  • Strong understanding of rebate administration, financial modeling, contract operations, client implementation, compliance considerations, and operational controls.
  • Proven ability to translate market trends, client needs, regulatory requirements, and operational performance data into actionable product requirements and execution plans.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, managing competing priorities, and communicating complex rebate concepts to executives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, governance, communication, and program management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, healthcare administration, finance, operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing rebate product standards, operating models, controls, or scalable processes across multiple clients, markets, or business segments.
  • Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, pharmacy benefit management, managed care, manufacturer contracting, or related rebate environments.
  • Advanced ability to synthesize financial, operational, compliance, and client feedback into concise recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated success improving product performance, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, revenue growth, or risk management outcomes.

Success in This Role

  • Deliver a clearly defined rebate product roadmap with prioritized initiatives, measurable outcomes, and leadership alignment.
  • Improve the speed, consistency, and quality of rebate product execution through standardized processes and governance.
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment across business, operations, finance, legal, compliance, and technology.
  • Demonstrate measurable contributions to business growth, client value, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and overall product performance.
