Job Description

Position: Senior Software Engineer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $245 - $280/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design
  • Write challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases
  • Review model reasoning on architecture, debugging, and system design
  • Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance

Requirements

  • Have strong relevant experience as a software engineer at a top technology company
  • Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing
