We run paid Meta ads every single day for a US supplement brand doing 7 figures. Every concept we make is AI-generated. We need an editor who already lives in these tools.

THE MONEY

• $2,000 to $3,000/month base for the first few months, based on experience and what you show us. Raises after that.
• Plus 1% to 2.5% of the monthly ad spend on ads you edited, for as long as they hold ROAS. Uncapped.
• $10K to $50K/mo spend on your ads: 1%
• $50K to $150K: 1.5%
• $150K+: 2.5%
• Example: your ads are running at $200K/month at our kpi . That’s $5,000 bonus on top of base that month.
• Hook swaps and variations on your winners count toward that ad’s spend.
• AI tools and credits provided. Work your own hours as long as deadlines are hit and you’re responsive during agreed windows.

WHAT YOU’D DO

• Deliver 35 to 40 finished video concepts per month, roughly 2 per working day.
• Receive the script, shot list and creative direction from us. You generate and assemble.
• Create iterations when required: hook swaps, recuts, reorders, length changes.
• Turn revisions around within 24 hours.
• Keep your work moving without someone chasing you.
• Speak up early if something is unclear, blocked or at risk of missing a deadline.

 We’re not teaching these from scratch.

• Your workflow is mainly Premiere, stock footage and traditional editing.
• You’ve never edited an ad that ran on paid Meta traffic.
• You mainly edit weddings, vlogs, YouTube or branded content.
• You can’t realistically produce 35 to 40 concepts a month.
