Role Description

We are looking for a creative and technology-savvy **AI Creative & Content Designer** who can combine strong graphic design skills with modern AI tools to create engaging, high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media design, branding, advertising creatives and short-form content, along with the ability to use AI tools to improve creativity, speed and output.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, advertisements, banners and promotional creatives.

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for marketing campaigns.

• Use AI tools to generate and enhance images, concepts, backgrounds, characters and visual assets.

• Create multiple creative variations for paid advertising campaigns.

• Work on short-form video content, reels, motion graphics and simple animations.

• Adapt designs according to different brands, audiences and campaign objectives.

• Maintain brand consistency across all creative content.

• Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, performance marketers and account managers.

• Keep up with new AI design, image-generation and video-generation tools.

• Continuously experiment with AI workflows to improve creative quality and production speed.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Strong knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator.

• Good working knowledge of Canva and Figma.

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory and visual hierarchy.

• Experience creating social media and advertising creatives.

• Practical experience using AI tools for creative production.

• Good understanding of current social media trends.

• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills are preferred.

• Ability to understand a marketing brief and convert it into an effective creative concept.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

AI Skills We Prefer

Candidates should have hands-on experience with AI tools such as:

• ChatGPT or similar AI tools for creative ideation

• AI image-generation tools

• AI photo-editing and enhancement tools

• AI video-generation/editing tools

• AI-assisted design tools

• AI-powered background removal, image expansion and object replacement
