Job Description

We are looking for English (US) speakers to participate in a 3-month AI evaluation project. The project focuses on evaluating and comparing AI assistants to understand how effectively they provide helpful, personalized conversational experiences using connected digital services and prior activity.

Selected candidates will interact with two versions of an AI assistant and evaluate their performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare responses from two AI assistants.

• Participate in project surveys, training, and certification.

• Complete assigned evaluation tasks according to project guidelines.

• Provide feedback to help improve AI personalization features.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fluent in English (United States).

• Active user of Google Search, Gmail, YouTube, and Gemini.

• Uses these products at least weekly, preferably daily.

• Comfortable opting in to provide access to eligible personal data sources for AI personalization research, including Google Search activity, Gmail, and a limited set of Google Photos.

• Willing to complete project onboarding and certification.

Onboarding Process

1. Complete the eligibility and consent survey.

2. Review and sign the Statement of Work (SoW) and Consent Form.

3. Review project guidelines and training materials.

4. Complete the certification assessment with a minimum passing score of 60%.

5. Complete pre-production requirements and begin active project tasks.

• Participation requires informed consent for the specified data access.

• Survey responses are anonymous; email addresses are used for statistical purposes only.

• A personal Gmail account is required for access to the designated models.

• Project participation is subject to eligibility and successful certification.
