About Newgen

Newgen provides real-estate photography and media services to Australian real-estate agents and agencies. We’re hiring an experienced sales professional to find new clients, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and manage booking administration and invoicing.

This is a hands-on sales role. You must be comfortable initiating conversations, making outbound calls, following up consistently and asking for the booking.

What you’ll do

Lead generation and outreach

• Research real-estate agents and agencies in our target service areas.
• Build and maintain an accurate prospect database, including contact details, agency information and outreach history.
• Identify decision-makers and opportunities for our photography and media services.
• Make outbound calls to introduce Newgen, understand client needs and secure bookings.
• Write personalised outreach emails and manage follow-up sequences.
• Support targeted marketing activities that generate qualified enquiries.

Sales and client relationships

• Respond promptly to inbound phone and email enquiries during your working hours.
• Explain our services, packages and pricing using approved information.
• Handle objections professionally and follow up prospects through to a clear outcome.
• Prepare quotes using approved pricing and obtain approval for exceptions.
• Develop relationships with agents to encourage repeat bookings.
• Re-engage previous clients and follow up outstanding quotes.

Bookings and invoicing

• Confirm service requirements, property addresses, access arrangements and preferred shoot times.
• Coordinate bookings around team availability, service areas and travel time.
• Send booking confirmations and reminders, and communicate changes promptly.
• Prepare and send accurate invoices using our invoicing system.
• Track invoice status and send professional payment reminders.
• Keep client records, booking information and sales activity up to date.

Reporting

• Maintain an organised CRM with clear notes and next actions.
• Provide a daily summary of outreach, enquiries, bookings and outstanding follow-ups.
• Report weekly on qualified leads, quotes, confirmed bookings, sales conversion and outstanding invoices.
• Suggest practical improvements to outreach and the booking process.

Essential requirements

• At least  2 years of relevant experience  in outbound sales, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Demonstrated success converting prospects into appointments, bookings or paying clients.
• Confident cold-calling skills and a professional phone manner.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Practical experience with email outreach, follow-up campaigns and marketing.
• Experience using CRM software, shared calendars and invoicing tools.
• Strong attention to detail when handling prices, dates, addresses and client information.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet agreed sales targets.
• Availability for a full-time schedule aligned with Sydney business hours.
• Reliable computer, quality headset, quiet workspace and stable internet with a backup connection.

Highly regarded

• Experience selling to Australian businesses.
• Experience working with real-estate agents or agencies.
• Experience in real-estate photography, property marketing or media services.
• Familiarity with Australian locations, business communication and scheduling.

What success looks like

You consistently generate qualified conversations, follow up every active opportunity, convert suitable enquiries into bookings and keep bookings and invoices accurate. Activity and conversion targets will be agreed during onboarding.
