About the client:

The client is a newly launched AI video production company founded by an entrepreneur who already runs a successful digital agency. The vision is to build an AI video house: a team of specialized AI video creators producing content for client businesses, growing social media channels around different interest topics, and developing reusable AI video templates that customers can plug their own face, likeness, and branding into. You’ll be the first hire, working directly with the founder, and setting the standard for everything that comes after.

The Role

You’ll produce high-quality AI-generated videos end to end for a range of businesses and social media niches, and you’ll build the first library of AI video templates that Kova AI will sell. Just as important, you’ll be the founder’s teacher: he wants to learn your workflows, your tools, and how you get great output without burning through credits. This is a hands-on creator role for someone whose work speaks for itself.

What You’ll Do

• Produce polished AI videos for client businesses across industries (ads, promos, explainers, social content)

• Build and grow social media pages around different interest topics using AI-generated video content

• Design reusable AI video templates where users can insert their own face, likeness, voiceover, or brand and generate finished content

• Manage the full workflow from concept and script to generation, editing, sound, and final export

• Track and optimize credit and compute spend per video so output stays high and costs stay predictable

• Document your workflows and teach the founder how you work: tools, prompts, settings, and shortcuts

• Stay current on new AI video tools and models and bring the best ones into the stack

What We’re Looking For

• A portfolio of AI videos you made that look legitimately good. This is the first and most important filter. No portfolio, no interview.

• Proven, repeatable workflows across AI video, image, voice, and editing tools, and the ability to show them live

• Strong instincts for pacing, visual quality, sound, and what performs on social platforms

• A clear understanding of your own cost per video: how many credits a given output takes and how you keep that efficient

• Comfortable teaching and explaining your process to someone less technical

• Self-directed and able to run with loose direction in a brand new company

• Fluent English, written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience building and growing social media channels from zero

• Experience creating templated or face-swap style content for multiple users or clients

• Traditional video editing background (Premiere, DaVinci, CapCut)

• Familiarity with workflow and automation tools (ComfyUI, n8n, or similar)

Tools

No specific stack is required. You’ll be judged on results and efficiency, not tool loyalty. Candidates typically work across tools like Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Luma, Pika, HeyGen, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and a traditional editor.

Hiring Process

• Portfolio submission. Submit 3 to 5 AI videos you created. For each, include a one-line description of the tools used and the approximate credits or cost to produce it.

• Recruiter interview and English assessment with Remote Hero.

• Live workflow demonstration with the founder over Google Meet: walk through how you built one of your portfolio pieces, start to finish.
