2D Graphic Designer, Events

Bring your creative expertise to an exciting freelance opportunity supporting a large-scale technology conference. In this role, you’ll design event graphics and signage while helping keep presentation materials polished, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create a range of event-related design assets, including booth graphics, environmental graphics, wayfinding signage, meter boards, and other large-format materials.
• Develop production-ready artwork that is accurate, consistent, and aligned with established visual standards.
• Support updates and formatting of PowerPoint presentations to match conference branding and messaging.
• Collaborate on creative production tasks for a fast-paced event environment.
• Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple deliverables and deadlines.

Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D graphic design work, event signage, environmental graphics, or experiential marketing projects.
• Experience preparing large-format graphics and production-ready files.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong PowerPoint design and layout skills.
• Ability to work within established brand and visual identity guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience supporting enterprise technology clients.
• Background working on tech events, conferences, trade shows, corporate events, or experiential activations.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, deadline-driven creative environment.
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach to creative production.
