About The Role Overview We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with 7–10 years of hands-on experience to help drive the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines. This role owns end-to-end design and implementation across AWS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and container orchestration, and partners closely with engineering teams to raise the bar on automation, observability, and operational excellence. You will take the lead on projects independently, mentor junior engineers, and help shape our DevOps roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Own and advance automation, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD practices.
- Drive the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines.
- Own end-to-end design and implementation across AWS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and container orchestration.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to raise the bar on automation, observability, and operational excellence.
- Take the lead on projects independently.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Help shape our DevOps roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of AWS Cloud services and CI/CD pipeline design.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Terraform and Git-based workflows.
- Solid understanding of containerization and Kubernetes concepts, with hands-on EKS experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and experience mentoring junior team members.
