Insurance Sales Assistant

**Remote Full-Time Growth Opportunity**

Roary Insurance is looking for a motivated, confident Insurance Sales Assistant to support our sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone who communicates well, thinks quickly, handles objections professionally, and wants stable income.

You’ll assist with applications, take inbound calls, make outbound calls, run insurance quotes, and help move prospects through the sales process. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn the insurance business, grow with our agency, and work toward becoming a licensed insurance agent.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with prospective and existing clients by phone
• Complete insurance applications and gather information from customers
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and support sales efforts
• Run insurance quotes and assist with the quoting process
• Handle questions and objections with confidence and professionalism
• Follow scripts and procedures while adapting naturally to conversations
• Assist the sales team with daily tasks that help generate and close business

What We’re Looking For

• Strong spoken English and a confident, professional phone presence
• Ability to listen carefully, think quickly, and respond effectively
• Comfortable handling objections and speaking with new people
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Coachable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Genuine interest in the insurance industry and willingness to obtain an insurance license

Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Compensation & Opportunity

• $2,000 monthly base pay
