Chief Product Officer

• Position Overview:
• Windfree Sola is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to oversee product strategy, development planning, and product performance. This role involves close collaboration with senior management, as well as engineering, operations, and commercial teams, to drive product innovation, enhance customer experience, and advance the company’s long-term business objectives in the renewable energy sector.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and implement product strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee product planning, development prioritization, and full lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to drive product improvements.
• Assess market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Coordinate product launches and commercialization efforts.
• Establish product performance metrics and monitor results.
• Manage product development budgets, resource allocation, and project priorities.
• Ensure product quality and compliance, driving continuous improvement.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience in product leadership, product development, or strategic management.
• Familiarity with solar energy, renewable energy systems, or related technologies.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and project planning.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and commercial teams.

Pay: $260,000.00 - $320,000.00 per year
