Full Stack Developer – AI Sales Platform

Sami AI is hiring a Full Stack Developer to help build and improve Sami OS, our AI-powered sales and CRM platform. We are looking for a developer who understands sales firsthand and can turn real sales workflows into reliable, useful software.

This is a full-time, remote role for someone based in the United States.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and maintain features across the Sami OS frontend, backend, and database.
• Use Claude Code and similar AI coding tools to accelerate development while taking responsibility for code quality, security, testing, and maintainability.
• Develop CRM, sales workflow, automation, and AI-assisted communication features.
• Work with APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and asynchronous workflows.
• Debug production issues, improve performance, write meaningful tests, and ship dependable improvements.
• Apply your sales experience to make the product practical for people managing leads, follow-ups, conversations, and pipelines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of hands-on professional development experience with our core stack: TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Prior employment in a sales role is required. You should understand prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and sales pipeline management from direct experience.
• Experience building and maintaining full-stack applications, APIs, relational data models, and integrations.
• Ability to use AI coding tools effectively and critically review, test, and debug their output.
• Strong Git skills, clear communication, and the ability to own a feature from requirements through release.
• Must reside in the United States.

OUR STACK

TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, and Tailwind CSS. The platform also uses AWS, Twilio, Stripe, and AI/LLM integrations, with Vitest and Playwright for testing.

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE

• Drizzle ORM, Tailwind CSS, AWS, Twilio, or Stripe.
• AI agents, LLM APIs, Claude Code, or similar development tools.
• CRM platforms, sales automation, voice or messaging systems, and SaaS products.
