Job Description
We are looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Financial Services Representatives. In this role, you will work directly with clients to help them develop a personalized financial game plan based on their individual goals and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Meet with clients to discuss financial goals and provide guidance on retirement planning, income protection, and debt solutions.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and account support.
● Assist clients with updating and maintaining their accounts.
● Utilize our CRM system to manage client information, follow-ups, and appointments.
● Connect with potential clients through social media, networking, and face-to-face community outreach.
● Conduct client appointments through Zoom or in-person at the client’s home or another agreed-upon location.
● Provide ongoing education and support to help clients make informed financial decisions.
● Develop professional relationships and contribute to the growth of the team.
Requirements &* Licensing*:
● Complete the your state requirements course education program for licensing.
● Successfully pass the applicable state licensing examination.
● Obtain a Life Insurance license.
● Be willing to pursue an investment-related license as required for the position.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated, coachable, and willing to learn.
● Comfortable working with clients both virtually and in person.
● Ability to build relationships and network within the community and through social media.

Someone who enjoys helping people, is motivated to learn, and wants the opportunity to build a career in the financial services industry. Previous financial experience is helpful but not required; training and licensing support are provided.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
