About the role

In this role, your duties as a Customer Service Representative will include but not be limited to:

• handling sales inquiries via phone, in-person, email & fax
• providing technical product guidance to customers
• processing orders accurately and on time
• following up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery
• introducing new solutions to grow the business
• building strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

What we’re looking for

• Full Australian working rights essential
• Min. 1 year previous Sales experience essential (industrial sales preferred)
• Exceptional customer service & consultative selling skills
• Welding process knowledge + intermediate computer literacy (incl. MS Office)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Electrical wholesaling experience or similar advantageous
