About One Influence

One Influence is a premium, technology-led influencer and talent marketing platform connecting brands with creators, influencers, athletes and selected talent across the UK, Ireland and the United States.

As we grow, we’re looking for a detail-focused Finance & Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day financial administration of the business.

The Role

You’ll help keep One Influence’s financial records accurate, organised and up to date, working alongside the COO, Founder & CEO and external accountant.

This is a hands-on role covering day-to-day finance administration, payment tracking and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records
• Track incoming brand payments and outstanding invoices
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Record and reconcile transactions
• Maintain supplier, creator and talent payment records
• Support commission calculations
• Prepare financial information for management and the external accountant
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up where required
• Assist with monthly financial reporting
• Identify and flag discrepancies or unusual transactions
• Maintain organised financial documentation
• Support improvements to finance processes as the business grows

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone organised, trustworthy, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.

Experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable or a similar role is valuable.

You should have:

• Strong attention to detail
• Good numerical and organisational skills
• Professional communication skills
• Confidence handling confidential financial information
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies

Experience with accounting software is beneficial.

Compensation & Progression

The role will initially operate on a profit-share basis, reflecting the early-stage nature of One Influence.

As the business and role develop, there will be a pathway to a fixed salaried position, with potential additional performance-based compensation.

Flexible hours are offered initially, with the role developing alongside the growth of the business.
