Job Summary:

Develops and maintains Salesforce features, customizations, and integrations under senior technical guidance. Delivers sprint-level functionality against defined acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to defined requirements.
• Build and maintain API-based integrations and data operations.
• Execute unit testing, defect resolution, and deployment support across environments.
• Document configurations and contribute to knowledge base and release artifacts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Two (2) years of specialized experience may substitute for one (1) year of the academic requirement.
• Minimum Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of Salesforce development experience.
• Certifications — Required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
• Certifications — Obtainable After Hire: Salesforce Certified Administrator, within 90 days of assignment.
• Certifications — Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II; Platform App Builder.
• Required Skills: Apex; Lightning Web Components; Flows; API usage; secure coding; Git; Agile delivery.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in regulated or federal environments; declarative automation design; data migration support.

Technical Environment

Salesforce Lightning Experience; Apex and Lightning Web Components; Flow Builder; SOQL; Salesforce DX; Data Loader and Workbench; sandbox refresh and Change Set deployment; Git and Jira.
