Job Title: Varicent ICM Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Varicent ICM Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain incentive compensation management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Varicent ICM, compensation plan configuration, commission calculations, and sales performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain Varicent ICM solutions.
• Implement incentive compensation plans, commission structures, quotas, and territories.
• Configure calculation logic, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Integrate Varicent with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot calculation discrepancies, data issues, and system defects.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and support system enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Varicent ICM.
• Knowledge of incentive compensation and sales commission processes.
• Experience with SQL and database concepts.
• Understanding of data integration, ETL, and data validation.
• Experience with reporting, troubleshooting, and application support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating Varicent with Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of sales performance management and compensation analytics.
• Experience with Varicent implementation, upgrades, or production support.
