Title: Content Publisher

Hours: Part-time (10-15 hours per week)

Pay Rate: $18-$25/hour

Location: Remote or Hybrid (must be available during PST business hours)

Schedule: Flexible scheduling within Pacific Time business hours

Duration: Approximately 12 months

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Publisher to support a growing direct-to-consumer eCommerce business. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and publishing digital content across web properties, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Content, and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and publish content across website pages, including homepages, product detail pages, landing pages, and editorial content.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
• Monitor and manage assigned work within Jira, meeting agreed-upon timelines and service levels.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to implement content updates, revisions, and enhancements.
• Support website content maintenance and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Apply web best practices related to SEO, accessibility, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working within a Content Management System (CMS).
• Experience supporting eCommerce websites or digital storefronts preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
