Job Description
Our client a well respected private markets fund manager are looking for senior compliance professional with direct AIFMD experience.
The role:
- Assist with day to day oversight of the team
- Deputise for the CCO where required
- Provide ongoing advisory to the business across all strategies
- Generalist activities (no task too small)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 8 years of compliance experience in the fund management space (AIFMD is essential)
- UK FCA and US SEC experience highly desirable
- Knowledge of ESG/SFDR would be useful but not essential
- Experience across both regulatory and financial crime compliance is desirable.
