Position: Senior SailPoint Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-Term contract

Job Description:
Responsibilities
- SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow development and administration
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution design and implementation
- Access request, certification, provisioning, and lifecycle management workflows
- Connector development, application onboarding, and account aggregation
- Role-based access control (RBAC), identity profiles, and policy management
- Integration with HR systems, directories, SaaS, and enterprise applications
- REST / SOAP API integrations, XML / JSON, SQL, Java, and Beanshell
- Troubleshooting provisioning issues, data discrepancies, and performance problems
- Agile/Scrum delivery, SDLC, production support, and cross-functional collaboration
- Documentation, stakeholder communication, and technical mentoring
Core Skills:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow solution design, configuration, and development
- IAM strategy, governance, and identity lifecycle management
- Access request, certification, provisioning, and policy enforcement framework design
- Application onboarding, connector architecture, and enterprise system integration
- Role engineering, RBAC design, identity profiles, and segregation-of-duties controls
- REST / SOAP API integration, Java, Beanshell, SQL, XML, and JSON
- Production issue triage, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and defect resolution
- Agile delivery leadership, SDLC execution, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination
- Requirements translation, solution documentation, and technical advisement
Pay: $75.00 per hour
