Job Description
Junior Content WriterAbout Regis Digitals
Regis Digitals is a medical marketing agency specialising exclusively in digital marketing and communication for doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organisations.
We create thoughtful, compelling, medically accurate, and compliant content that helps healthcare professionals communicate better with patients, build credibility, and grow their practice.
As we continue to expand our content capabilities, we’re looking for a Junior Content Writer who is curious about healthcare, has a strong command of language, and wants to learn how medical communication works across digital and offline platforms.
This is not a generic content-writing role.
You’ll be writing for doctors, hospitals, and healthcare brands — translating medical knowledge into content that is accurate, understandable, engaging, and strategically relevant.
The Role
As a Junior Content Writer, you will work closely with our content and marketing teams to create communication for doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organisations.
Your work will span social media, video scripts, patient education, presentations, brochures, leaflets, websites, and other marketing communication.
You’ll be expected to research medical topics, understand the audience you’re writing for, and turn complex medical information into content that people can actually understand.
You don’t need to know everything about medicine.
But you should be willing to research, learn, ask the right questions, and never compromise on accuracy.
What You’ll OwnMedical & Healthcare Content
- Research and write content around medical conditions, treatments, procedures, specialties, and healthcare topics
- Understand medical information provided by doctors and translate it into simple, accurate, and engaging communication
- Write patient-friendly educational content without oversimplifying or misrepresenting medical information
- Develop content for specialties such as fertility, oncology, cardiology, orthopaedics, gastroenterology, surgery, obstetrics & gynaecology, and other healthcare verticals
- Work with senior writers and account managers to understand the objective behind every piece of content
Video Scripts & Reels
- Write scripts for doctor-led reels, educational videos, patient awareness videos, and healthcare campaigns
- Convert complex medical concepts into engaging short-form video narratives
- Develop hooks, storylines, explanations, and calls-to-action appropriate for healthcare communication
- Write scripts for doctor interviews, testimonials, explainers, and hospital/clinic videos
- Adapt scripts based on the doctor’s personality, speciality, communication style, and target audience
Social Media Content
- Write captions for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Develop educational, awareness, engagement, and campaign-based content for healthcare brands
- Create content around important health days, medical developments, awareness campaigns, and relevant healthcare conversations
- Write content that is informative without becoming unnecessarily technical or textbook-like
- Understand how to communicate medical information while keeping content engaging and platform-appropriate
Presentations & Marketing Collateral
- Create copy for PowerPoint presentations used by doctors, hospitals, conferences, and healthcare organisations
- Write content for patient education presentations and medical awareness decks
- Develop copy for brochures, leaflets, standees, posters, clinic handouts, and other offline communication
- Structure information logically so that designers can easily translate the content into a strong visual communication
- Write concise copy where space is limited without losing the core message
Healthcare Marketing
- Understand the marketing objective behind the content you’re creating
- Write communication that builds trust, authority, awareness, and patient understanding
- Learn how different healthcare audiences respond to different types of communication
- Understand the difference between writing for a doctor, a patient, a hospital, a medical professional, or a general audience
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, content series, social media themes, and patient education initiatives
Research & Medical Accuracy
